OUR STORY

Rovers is the final section of Scouting for those aged 18 to 26.

Our central focus is service to the community and self-growth through developing long lasting friendships and experiencing wonderful things. We welcome all, regardless of whether you have had previous experience in Scouting!

Bulleen Rover Crew has been around since the 80s. We are currently the only crew in the Manningham District and are thriving with 19 members. We regularly assist in running Cub and Joey nights, attend bingo with the elderly and have many members involved in the Baw Baw Rover Crew.

While we place an emphasis on our service to the community, one of our main focuses is still on having fun! There are five annual camps the Crew goes on every year, including a 3-day weekend in the snow, a trip up the bush over the Queen’s birthday weekend with hundreds of other Rovers and a trip away over the Easter period.

As well as our camps, Bulleen Rover Crew also meets once a week where we take part in other fun activities organised by our own members. These activities include things such as mini-golf, making homemade water slides, scavenger hunts around the city, escape rooms and much more!

We understand that everyone has a busy schedule which is why every week we meet on the night that best suits most members. This flexibility allows for the most members to attend each week. If you are interested in joining the crew, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us via email or phone. Details can be found on the ‘join us’ section of this website!

                                                                                     Yours in scouting,

                                                                                  Bulleen Rover Crew.
